We don't have signs like this in Yorkshire! Today's little adventure exploring Utah's Salt Lake City… the trail running capital of the world! We have no time to stand and stare" When you get up at 5.20am on a Sunday to go for a long run on your own, give yourself the chance for a little breather and take in the views. You deserve it! Great 15 miler today. Tried to keep the speed nice and slow and relaxed. – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – Total of 26 miles this week. Not as much as I'd planned, but my knees were feeling a bit achy. Wanted to err on the side of caution, stay injury-free and make sure I got the most important run of the week (today's long one) done.
