Women’s Running 10K Race Series – on the day FAQ’s

  1. Do I need to sign in or register?

No, there’s no need to sign in or register on arrival. Your race number will be included in your race pack, sent in the post a week before the event.

  1. I didn’t receive my number in the post, I rang and they told me to collect it at the helpdesk?

If you haven’t received your race number in the post, print out and bring along your confirmation email on the day to show us the details of purchase. We will then ask you to fill out a form and give you a new number for the race.

  1. I signed up yesterday, so I haven’t received my number?

On the day, we will ask for your name and details. If we can find your online registration, we will have your original number. If you are not in the system, we will ask for proof of purchase so please bring your confirmation email. We will then ask you to fill out a new entry form and issue you with a new number.

  1. I have signed up in a group and only I got the race number in the post, but no one else in the running group?

If only one member of your group has received a number, the rest of your group will be asked to fill out an entry form on the day in order to be allocated with new numbers.

  1. Do you have a course map?

Yes! Head over to the specific race page where you will find a map.
